How do store event pages work?

We work with you to select the garments/colors for your page
and set up graphics.  You will receive a mockup
deck with each item’s information and pricing. Once approved we will launch your
store by sending you a link and QR code. This process may take a few days for
us to build and link everything. Then as you share your page, we process the
orders for you! Supporters can choose shipping options from USPS and UPS, or we
can arrange to have all the orders packaged and delivered to you for
distribution on a set date once your campaign is over. We will set up your
store page to send a message to each supporter with the pickup date and time you
have arranged. This must be known before orders are placed.

Typical Order Turn Around - 7 – 15 business days. We
strive to beat these times, however some factors such as shipping delays will affect
the process times.

Addition Requests – If additions are needed to your
store page in the middle of an event, we request these only be sent by the contact
who set up the store with us. This is the only way we can ensure continuity and
that only approved apparel is being added. Keep in mind additions during an
event will cause shipping delays while we procure the product.

How long will our store last – We can work that out!
In most cases users choose to leave their store page active with shipping only
options. This gives supporters additional time to order but removes the need for
you to plan additional distribution times.

Pricing – We are in an ever-changing economy and
product prices change frequently. We do our best to be unaffected by market fluctuations,
however it’s unavoidable. You may notice overtime prices on your store page
change as they are linked to our suppliers’ pricing.

First Check Your Images

Check out the examples below! If you don't have images or logos reach out and we can provide assistance with designing your project. Multi-color printing requires one of several digital print methods which will print your project exactly as shown. If you image is of poor quality when expanded to print sizes that blurry or pixelated look will be the print result.

Is Your Image Print Ready?

Check to see if you image was created with a background. This background will be printed on your project unless removed. High quality graphics are usually made with the elements of the design with no background inserted. In some cases we can remove this background with time saving AI.

The More You Know

1. Variations

The more variations, the longer your project takes. When working with a single color or garment we are able to batch print multiple items at a time. Once we add in additional garments, colors, images, sizes and variations your print jobs must be completed one at a time. This will double or triple the print process and may lead to additional costs as more materials and labor are required. Customizations like personalized names or player numbers triple the production time and can require additional costs.

Building your store page takes time and variations increase the creation time. Each variation requires a mock up to be created and lots of fun behind the scene things. It generally takes 4 hours of time to create your store page and variations can make this part of the task an 8-10 task.

Print times for standard orders are 7-15 business days, when adding more variations or customization print time can be increased to 7-25 business days.

2. Packaging

Each order from your store page will be packaged in a clear plastic package with a packing slip. This helps to organize the recipient information and keep everything free from dust along the way.
