
Thinking about fundraising for your group?
Valcom can create a small apparel fundraising page to help your
group show off their style with some great swag. A portion of the proceeds from each sale will be donated to your group.

How much do we earn?
We will send an online deck showing the cost of each item, including suggested retail for each, you may alter the sale price of any items to increase or decrease the group’s donation.

How do we get our donation?
At the end of your predetermined fundraising time, our system
will close out your campaign and automatically send a check within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification from melio notifying you of the send date of your check. At the start, we will ask for Name, Address, Phone Number and Email for the donation check. -
How do customers who purchase receive their apparel?
Valcom operates just like any online retailer; orders are produced, packaged and shipped as soon as possible. Times vary depending on our current volume and whether the items chosen are stocked. Shipping times vary depending on multiple factors from 3 – 15 business days.

12 Items / 2 color Maximum Page Limit
Choose your favorite 1 to 12 items that would best fit with your group from our catalog and let us know your groups colors! Please try and limit to one logo. We will make them live on our website for purchase. Valcom will send you a link to your store page and a QR code for any advertising you wish to do.

Graphics Logo Design?
Please be sure to send high quality minimum 300dpi graphics with NO BACKGROUND. In some cases, Valcom can assist with designing your project. Please let us know your vision and we will assist in any way we can.

How are items packed?
Valcom uses shipping mailers made from 100% post-consumer recycled materials. Our shipping mailers contain recycling instructions including a QR code with more information.

What is the exchange/return policy?
Store page items are considered custom print on demand items. Per our return policy they are not exchangeable or refundable. We include Size Guide charts with manufacturer sizing to help with choosing the size that fits best. Please let us know if you would like a sample prior to launch.

Additions and/or alterations?
During a sale campaign we sometimes receive requests from group supporters asking for additional items, colors and logos. We will only make alterations to a site that are requested from the original point of contact.

Can we bulk order and sell some in person?
Sure can! Let us know what you would like, and we can send an order at group cost. Let us know if you would like individually packaged items or bulk folded.

Individual customization items?
Unfortunately, individual customization items such as printed names or numbers double materials and labor costs and are not recommended. Please keep in mind that it can significantly alter pricing and reduce the amount your campaign earns.
