FAQ

Q: How long does it take to complete my print project?

A: Order completion time is 7-10 business days from the
date your invoice is paid. Our system will automatically order any apparel that is needed to complete your order. If the invoice isn’t paid, we won’t receive the apparel to start your order.

Q. How will I know if my order is ready?

A: Once your order is complete our system will send you an automated message letting you know everything is ready for pick-up or you would receive tracking information if you chose shipping.

Q. What will they be packaged in?

We will half fold your apparel and place it in a box. If
you would like individual packaging, we do provide that service for an additional $1 per item.
